The main living area comprises a bright and welcoming living and dining room furnished with a dining table, offering direct access to a south and west facing terrace equipped with terrace furniture and a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. The open kitchen is connected to the living area via a hatch and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. On the lower ground floor, accessible by a ladder, you will find 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm, accompanied by a shower and WC. The second bedroom is also located on this level and features 1 French bed measuring 150 cm, along with access to a balcony with south and west facing orientations.
