Points positifs : l’emplacement avec une superbe vue sur la mer et le port, tout proche des commerces et à 2 mn à pieds de la plage. Bonne literie dans la chambre double et de nombreux rangements. Buanderie pratique avec un lave-linge.Points négatifs : l’odeur épouvantable d’égout dans la salle de bain et impossible de garder la porte fermée, elle s’ouvre toute seule. Le logement n’était pas propre, vaisselle à refaire avant utilisation, manque d’accès aux prises électriques (on a dû poser le grille-pain sur un fauteuil du salon sur un plateau pour pouvoir le brancher).Beaucoup de bruit car on est juste face à la route. Le petit balcon est vraiment très étroit, impossible d’installer une chaise. Pas de poubelle dans la cuisine et très peu de pinces à linge en état. Canapé très inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts dès qu’on s’asseyait. Le climatiseur qui donnait sur les chambres était en panne et il n’a pas pu être réparé durant notre séjour heureusement qu’il y avait un autre climatiseur dans le salon. On a géré tant bien que mal la température…
