This single-storey villa is designed so that every corner is accessible and welcoming. With just a couple of steps between the kitchen and the living room, you will enjoy a fluid and practical design, ideal for all ages.

The three bedrooms have air conditioning to ensure cool nights even on the warmest summer days. Two modern bathrooms with showers.

The open kitchen with a bar is perfect for both enthusiastic chefs and those who prefer to enjoy a good coffee while planning their day. Equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and everything necessary to cook as if at home, you won't have to worry about anything. Here, even washing the dishes seems optional.

Although you may want to disconnect, we know that sometimes you need to stay connected. That's why the house has high-speed WiFi, Smart TV and Dutch and German channels, so you never miss your favourite programmes while enjoying the tranquillity that surrounds you.

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kW per day is included within the rental price. In the event of exceeding this, extra kW will be charged at the current market price. The price per kWh will be indicated in the rental contract.



Do you have air conditioning?

Yes, in 3 of the roomsWe remind you that the air conditioning units usually cool the room quickly if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave them running if you are not at home.



What dimension does the swimming pool have?

It measures 4 x 7.5m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.60m.



How are the beds?

There are 2 double beds of 180x200m and 2 single beds.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
