A modern, spacious, and comfortable apartment accommodating up to 4 people, situated in the heart of Roses. Nearby, you’ll find a wide range of shops and restaurants serving the freshest fish and seafood from Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just 100 meters away, featuring some of the clearest waters along the Girona Coast. Perfect for families or friends to enjoy the endless activities and stunning landscapes that Costa Brava has to offer.
The apartment is nicely furnished and newly constructed. It is suitable for 4 persons. There are two bedrooms, one of them furnished with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils as well as a coffee machine. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, the apartment has a terrace, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning in the whole apartment, in-door car park in the same building as well as a TV. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator.
