MODERN VILLA WITH CANAL AND POOL VIEWS IN ROSES
Beautiful High Standing house in Roses, Santa Margarita with canal views.
It has two floors. On the first floor, we find the entrance hall, separate WC, fully equipped American kitchen with access to a spacious and bright living room with direct access to a large terrace with an 8-meter pool and beautiful canal views. A suite bedroom with a double bed, pool views, walk-in closet and bathroom with Italian shower.
The second floor has 3 double bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other two with double beds and views of the pool and canal. The room with two beds and one double share a full bathroom with shower. The fourth suite bedroom with bathroom and shower.
Upstairs, a large terrace with views of the floor below, the canal and the pool.
Beautiful modern house, with all the details, very spacious and bright. Spacious and comfortable, where you can enjoy different areas. The pool area is magnificent, with outdoor furniture to enjoy canal views and be outdoors.

Garden with tropical palm trees and space to park two cars, making this house a luxury to spend your holidays.

This apartment was small and comfortable. Price was affordable. No air conditioning, no toilet paper upon arrival, need shower curtain as water goes all over the floor.. quaint and cosy but for price and location it was ok.
