The house itself was nice. It definitely wasn't supplied with the basic necessities needed if rented for the full capacity of 14 guest. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans but lacking on flatware and drinking glasses. Had a coffee maker with no carafe to be found anywhere in the house. Only 1 dish towel and 1 roll of paper towels to cover our stay. The bathrooms were lacking enough bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The yard needed to be mowed and there was random trash laying around the yard. The house has potential to be a fabulous rental if some things get addressed and fixed. The owner was supposed to remedy some of the problems the following morning but had a family emergency so we had to wing it the rest of the stay.

Property wasn't clean and internet didn't work. Spiders and spider webs were plentiful. Refrigerator wasn't clean and house was dusty. We had to spend the first 3 hours cleaning.
