Lovely property in a good location

This is a really nice property, in a good location just a few minutes' walk from the beaches and the railway station. The décor was modern, and the property was very neat and tidy. The owner was extremely kind and helpful.

Ein traumhaftes Apartment

Wir sind von den Bildern der Wohnung schon beeindruckt gewesen und haben es genauso vorgefunden! Eine tolle Wohnung in der Nähe von einem der schönsten Strände in der Region! Angela und Silvano sind unglaublich nette und sehr engagierte Vermieter! Wir können nur raten, hier Urlaub zu machen!

Toller Aufenthalt in Castiglioncello

Das Appartement war sehr schön, nur die Betten im Kinderzimmer waren dünn und hart. Es gibt tolle Lokale und der Strand ist zwar klein, aber schön und sauber. Empfehlenswert.

Soggiorno bellissimo

Io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate davvero bene in questo carinissimo e silenziosissimo appartamento. È posto in posizione centrale, abbastanza vicino al mare che, volendo, si può anche raggiungere a piedi. È fornito di ogni confort come è spesso difficile trovare e la proprietaria è molto gentile e collaborativa. Soggiorno ottimo, da ogni punto di vista, insomma.

Urlaub wie er sein soll in einer Unterkunft wie man sie sich wünscht

Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles wie beschrieben und sehr zu empfehlen...meine beiden Kinder waren direkt nach der Ankunft ca eine halbe Stunde damit beschäftigt sämtlichen Freunden per Videochat die tolle Unterkunft zu präsentieren :-)

Permanenza ottima

La casa è accogliente, moderna e pulita. Al suo interno vi sono tutte le cose di cui si ha bisogno. All'esterno è presente anche una bella zona privata in cui sono presenti dei divanetti dove ci si puó rilassare in tranquillità. La posizione della casa è molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi. Angela è una super host, molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità! Casa (ed host) fortemente consigliati.

Casa Mary Castiglioncello

Die Casa Mary ist eine sehr schöne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit Balkon und etwas Meerblick, welche mit Liebe eingerichtet ist. Es war/ist alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen und entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin funktionierte sehr gut per WhatsApp, Fragen wurden immer sofort beantwortet. Vielen Dank.

Ideal für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht so ganz zugänglich, da das Auto etwas abseits geparkt werden muss, aber sie ist sauber und hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren zu viert und es war ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Auch für eine fünfköpfige Familie ausreichend. Castiglioncello war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise im November ein wenig ausgestorben, aber in der Hauptsaison sicher im Ortskern und am Strand lebhaft. In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein Bahnhof, von dem wir nach Pisa und Florenz gereist sind. Die Vermieterin ist vor und während des Urlaubes immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem also sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Appartement, günstig gelegen in der Toskana am Meer

Der Aufenthalt im Appartement war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, alles ist farblich aufeinander abgestimmt und es ist wirklich sauber. Der Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Angela klappt nur in Englisch oder Italienisch. Wir hätten uns gewünscht alle nötigen Infos für die Ankunft vorab zu bekommen, hier mussten wir allerdings nochmal nachfragen am Tag der Anreise. War aber kein Problem, da Angela immer schnell geantwortet hat. Das Parken mit einem PKW ist an sich gut möglich. In der Zeit von Juni-August benötigt man einen speziellen Anwohnerparkschein. Den besorgt einem aber Angela und er liegt dann bei Ankunft im Appartement. In Italien muss man wissen, dass der Strom irgendwie begrenzt ist. Man kann also nicht gleichzeitig Wäsche waschen, Frühstücksbrötchen aufbacken und Wasser kochen... Dann fliegt die Sicherung raus. Der Kasten ist draußen und der Schlüssel dazu befindet sich im Appartement. Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Außenbereich

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas oberhalb vom Strand, man läuft ca. 10 Minuten. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon mit Aufenthalts- und Essmöglichkeiten. Je nach Tageszeit und Sonneneinstrahlung ist auch der Garten ein schöner Rückzugsort. Die Wohnung ist mit reichhaltig Geschirr ausgestattet und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Der Strände von Castiglioncello sind kleine Buchten und größtenteils im Besitz privater Strandclubs. Die freien Bereiche sind recht klein und man sollte früh dort sein, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme an den privaten Strandabschnitt gehen bei 35 Euro für zwei Personen los. Im Süden von Castiglioncello gibt es schönere Sandstrände.

Eine schöne Woche !

Mit Angela hatten wir eine sehr gute Vermieterin, die immer ansprechbar war. Auch sehr nette und freundliche Nachbarn, die uns auch auf ein Glas Wein eingeladen haben. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und man hat alles was man braucht ! Vielen Dank , Angela !!!

Come a casa

Abbiamo soggiornato a casa Mary per ben tre settimane e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. La casa è stata di recente ristrutturata ed è veramente graziosa. Inoltre ha tutte le comodità a disposizione (stoviglie, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, sdraio e ombrelloni). Gradevole sia la balconata antistante dove cenare indisturbati che il piccolo e riservato giardino sul retro della casa. Vicino al mare (la rinomata Baia del Quercetano) è adatta anche a famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Lo consiglio!
