The farm is located in a privileged position in the middle of a private property of 40 hectares; it is surrounded by fields of sunflowers, olive trees, wheat; this allows our customers to enjoy the tranquility typical of the Tuscan countryside.
The farm consists of 14 apartments, divided into three completely renovated buildings, with a large park with 2 large separate swimming pools (17 mx 8 m + 13 mx 7 m) with large solarium, 8 barbecues, children's playground, possibility long walks on the property, bicycles included in the price, covered parking.

The coast of Vada is rich in large free beaches, bathing establishments, clubs, centers for fun and free time for summer holidays. Nearby possibility of sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, horse riding, tennis.

A few kilometers away from the farm, the Wine Road is situated, while the most important art cities of Tuscany, such as Volterra, Bolgheri, Pisa, Florence and Siena are easily reachable for day trips.

First floor two-room apartment located in the cottage opposite the main one, separated by a small street: living room with double sofa bed and kitchen, double bedroom with added single bed, bathroom and private gazebo with barbecue in the park.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
