The detached house consists of 2 apartment, one on the ground and one on the first floor, only connected from the outside. It is in a peaceful spot and it has a large private garden with a swimming-pool for the exclusive use of guests. It is also equipped with tv, washing machine. Podere la Madonnina is about 40 km from Pisa and 90 km from Florence. The house IT5330.876.1 is approx 100 m away. Country house "Podere La Madonnina". 10 km from the sea.
