Two bedrooms holiday flat on the Etruscan Coast whic can comfortably accommodate up to 4-6 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle) and a double divan bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom fitted with shower. Private covered terrace perfect for dining alfresco.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, TV-SAT, mosquito curtains.

This tourist complex is located 4 km from the town of Vada and the sea, surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. It consists of 3 apartments, all on the ground floor with a private covered terrace and a large garden with a swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, open from May 15th to September 30th) for all guests. On the property there is also a private parking space, a laundry room and a barbecue. Internet Wi-Fi connection.

It is an ideal place for sea lovers, who can easily reach the beaches both by car (4.5 km) and by bike on country roads through the plain. The location is also perfect for visiting Livorno (33 km), Pisa (50 km), Volterra (40 km) and the coastal villages in the immediate vicinity.

These holiday apartments in Vada are located on the Etruscan Coast. The ancient Etruscan seaside resort of Vada is famous for its white sandy beaches that stretch over 5 km and for its crystal clear sea. The coast includes both wild beaches and bathing establishments that alternate with pine groves. The place has a small marina, a lively center and many excellent restaurants where you can enjoy delicious fish dishes.

Das Ferienhäuschen war sehr schön. Für 5 Personen etwas zu klein (Küche ist recht klein und dort ist die Schlafcouch), aber für 4 Personen genau richtig.Der Pool ist super mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, umgeben von viel Grün, Olivenbäumen, Zitronenbüschen und einfach Natur. Es gibt einen Zaun, so dass er für Kleinkinder abgetrennt ist.Das Ferienhaus ist einfach ausgestattet, Geschirr reicht für einmal Essen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilatoren.Mr. Andrea ist super nett, spricht aber leider kaum englisch, so war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, hätten gern mehr über die Olivenbäume und tollen Pflanzen erfahren, die er so hat.Alles in allem ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Meer, aber man benötigt ein Auto.

Prima verblijf. Vooral het zwembad is erg fijn en er zijn overal horren aanwezig. Minpunt, je zit heel dicht op de buren en dat kan enigszins luidruchtig zijn.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Schicke Ferienwohnung im Stile der Toskana, etwas abgelegenes Anwesen mit zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen und großem Pool. Aber nur je 5min mit dem Auto nach Cecina oder Vada und auch nicht weit zum Strand. Alles schick und sauber, Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Appartements haben nur leider keine Klimaanlage, da hatte ich bei der Buchung nicht aufgepasst, für uns war es jedoch bei Außentemperaturen 28-32 ok. Insektenschutz ist an allen Fenstern, so dass sie nachts geöffnet werden können, ohne von den Mücken attackiert zu werden. Vom Vermieter gab's es noch eine Flasche Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau und eine Flasche Wein

Wundervoll

Wir durften zwei tolle Wochen hier verbringen. Mit den Kindern konnten wir häufig den toll gepflegten Pool nutzen. Vor Ort war Andrea sehr gastfreundlich, immer bemüht, dass alle zufrieden sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber

Schön im Hinterland gelegen. Den tollen Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine. Schöne Strände sind gut zu erreichen. Wie empfehlen Mazzanta. Kostenlos mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und nicht sehr voll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervoll/Außergewöhnlich!

Die Ferienwohnung ( aus unserer Sicht saubere, und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönen Fließen und komfortablen Möbeln) befindet sich auf einem sehr großem und wunderschön, gepflegten Anwesen mit wunderschönem Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Entspannung ist absolut garantiert. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich zuvorkommen und kinderlieb.Die Strände/Meer und Restaurants/ Supermarkt sind nicht weit entfernt 5 Minuten, jedoch benötigt man ein Auto. Es war ein schöner, entspannter Urlaub in der Toskana und absolut empfehlenswert!Volle und von Herzen gegebene 5 Sterne! Danke!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt gefallen, wir waren zum ersten Mal in Rosignano. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen die Anlage ist in einem gepflegtem Zustand. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren ,Tagestouren, Strand und Meer genießen. Zur Ruhe kommen am Pool. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche, wenn man wie wir gerne kocht fehlen ein paar Dinge. Salat Schüssel Pfannen die man gerne nimmt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Pool war prima das Grundstück war gepflegt. Ausflugsziele Pisa, Lucca und Volterra waren gut zuerreichen. Strand in Vada und Cecina zum Meerbaden geeignet,aber Sonnenschirm nicht vergessen.

Echt schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren 1 Woche im Ferienhaus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man fühlte sich sehr sicher weil die Torte immer geschlossen waren und auch der Pool war abgeschlossen wir hatten unseren eigenen Schlüssel. Der Herr war sehr nett und immer für uns da wenn wir was wollten. Insgesamt hatten wir ne schöne Zeit. Ein Ventilator in den Zimmern wäre toll gewesen besonders für die Nächte.

Die Wohnungaufteilung hat uns gefallen, Pfannen alle alt und Teflon mit Kratzer, ist aber fast in allen Ferienwohnungen so. Dafür hat es eine Holzkohlegrill und wir haben immer draussen auf der Terrasse gegessen. Der Swimmingpool ist Extraklasse und auch die ganze Umgebung. Giuseppe hat uns auch mit Wein und Olivenöl empfangen. Und gab uns auch ein paar Tips. Wir kehrten vollkommen ausgeruht zurück in die Schweiz.
