Originally built by renowned architect Mr. Guglielmini, the home has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve its historic charm while incorporating a harmonious mix of antique and modern furnishings.



Located at the top of a hill, just 1 km from the coastline, guests can easily drive down to a private parking space reserved exclusively for their use—offering convenient access to the beach along with the peace and privacy of the elevated location.



Inside, the villa is bright and airy, with windows on all sides that fill the space with natural light and refreshing coastal breezes. Even during the summer months, the home stays comfortably cool without the need for air conditioning.



As you enter, you’re welcomed by a striking red Murano glass chandelier and an ornate antique mirror, setting the tone for the villa’s elegant and inviting atmosphere. The living room is tastefully decorated with a curated mix of vintage and modern pieces, including a cozy sofa and flat-screen TV. The newly built designer kitchen, featuring a central island crafted by an Italian design house, is fully equipped to create memorable dining experiences.
