Welcome to our charming ground-floor villa near the sea, a perfect retreat for up to 6 guests! Nestled on the picturesque island of Albarella, it offers the unique opportunity to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the lagoon.

The villa features a private, fenced garden equipped with sun loungers, a dining area, and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. Inside, you'll find a bright and modern living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and two full bathrooms with showers. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi to ensure your comfort and connectivity during your stay. Additionally, the property includes two private parking spaces for your convenience.
