Our cozy apartment features a double bedroom, a living/dining room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a large furnished balcony. The property comes with: safe, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, TV, washing machine, A/C, and one private parking space per booking. It can host up to four guests. Located in a green area, 600mt from the beach and 50mt from the center (Viale dei Pini). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
