Dirty and poorly prepared.

We were apparently the first guests of the session. The entrance to the house hadn't been swept, the whole apartment was covered in spiders, the kitchen utensils were dirty and a wooden board was moldy. On the first evening we noticed that we didn't have any hot water, but the agency couldn't get hold of any. Luckily the neighbors were nice and could tell us where the main gas switch was.
