Nestled in the countryside between Modica and Scicli, Tenuta del Sole is a peaceful retreat surrounded by rolling hills, dry-stone walls, and olive trees. Ideally placed for exploring the baroque towns of theVal di Noto and the beaches of southern Sicily, it offers both seclusion and easy access to culture, nature, and coastline.


The estate is made up of a manor house and two guest annexes, thoughtfully restored to balance tradition and comfort, all placed in a beautiful 5000 square meters garden.

In the main house, you'll find a cosy living room, a combined kitchen-lounge area, one guest bathroom with toilet and sink, and a spacious double bedroom (160x200 cm) with its own en suite and shower.

Dependance 1, located on the ground floor, features a kitchen-living room, a double bedroom (160x200 cm) with en suite shower room, and a private terrace with pergola, perfect for quiet breakfasts or evening aperitifs.

Dependance 2 is spread across two levels: the ground floor includes a double bedroom (180x200 cm) with en suite shower room, a second double bedroom (160x200 cm), an additional separate bathroom with shower, and a shaded patio. Upstairs, a small lounge leads to a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a bathroom with shower, and a terrace with pergola.

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a veranda, barbecue area, al fresco dining spaces, and a bar corner for summer cocktails. A salt-purified private pool (5m x 15m, depth 0.40–1.40m; open from 15/03 to 15/11) with a solarium and lush garden completes the experience. A separate bathroom with shower serves the pool area.
