The 17th century Market Hall and timbered Tudor houses clustered around the town make it a fascinating visit, as well as there being plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. You can take a river cruise or simply stroll along the banks of the river before venturing out into the nearby Forest of Dean.
