Welcome to Sunset Peak!
1 of 6 new Alpine A-Frame cabins located on a bluff in Chattanooga Valley, Georgia. This spectacular A-Frame boasts phenomenal views of Lookout Mtn from every angle of the home. Sunset Peak features a bohemian interior design with bright colors, eclectic furnishings, and an open concept floor plan with wood tongue and groove vaulted ceilings which adds lots of airy natural light throughout the home. This very spacious home has 3 BR 3 BATH and sleeps 10 people!

Our Favorite Things About This Home:
We have recently added GOATS! There are 8 total goats on the hillside below the A-Frames that guests are welcome to pet and love on during your stay. We provide a small bag of treats and grain for guests to feed them as well. Such a fun experience to add to your vacation! Not only does this home reside in a stunning location, but it is also VERY conveniently located only 12 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! The back balcony deck is a comfortable retreat to take in the views of Lookout Mountain while gathering around the gas fireplace enjoying the company of your group. The fun and energetic environment of this home will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed! This home also features an impressive theater room with a projector and full double bunks downstairs! There is a hot tub on the lower patio with the same 180 degree mountain views. An added bonus is that there are smart TV's in every bedroom and there is high speed internet available with 250 MBPS. Lastly, this home is very family friendly! There is a pack n'play provided at the house, extra plasticware in the kitchen for kids, games downstairs, and white noise machines in every bedroom!

Home Layout:
As you come in the front entryway, on the right is the laundry room, and on the left if the Queen bedroom with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. Directly across from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a standing tile shower. As you continue down the hallway, you will find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and instant views of the mountain scenery. Through the sliding glass doors is the back balcony deck with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and more tongue and groove wood walls and ceilings. Up the stairs you will find a cozy King loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, standing shower, and closet space. Head downstairs and there is a theater room with a projector, full double bunk beds, and a foosball table! Several board games are provided. The final King bedroom is also downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and tub/shower comb. This bedroom offers glass sliding doors to capitalize on the views and through those doors is a back patio with a 6-person hot tub with more 180-degree views!
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Rock City. Enjoy features like a hot tub, laundry facilities, and an arcade/game room. The cabin includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

The cabin was perfect for our family vacation! The porch and view were a favorite for relaxing and reading. The kids loved the bunk room and large screen for watching their favorite shows! The care team was quick to respond and helpful to answer questions! We loved the feeling of being away from town but many attractions were just a quick drive away. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The cabin was great for a 2-night weekend stay with our family. The cabin is located in a neighborhood with a mix of older homes and new constructions, but the view of the ridgeline is quite beautiful. It's close to Chattanooga, several grocery stores, restaurants, and is 15-20 minutes from Rock City, which we were there to see. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook for every meal. The cabin is spacious with lots of seating indoors and on the upper deck, which was great for family game days/nights and watching movies with the gorgeous view. The bedrooms were all super comfortable. Visitors should know there is no "yard" and the decks are the only outdoor spaces you'll have. The goats come right up to the lower level fence where the hot tub is located. The owners provide special food to feed them and our kids loved ringing the bell for the goats to come running over. The hot tub is right off of the lower level master bedroom, so anyone who wants access to the hot tub will have to come through that space, which limits privacy. Anyone sleeping in the lower level living room/bedroom with the couch and bunk beds will need to use the bathroom on the main level (upstairs). There are TVs in every bedroom but no TV on the main floor in the prima living space. We went out and bought our own extra TV to use during our stay so we could watch football and movies while socializing all together on the main floor with the mountain views. The sunsets were beautiful!

Girls weekend

Cabin was beautiful and was the perfect weekend get away with some girlfriends. Projector room was a really nice touch! Lots of construction views, but still beautiful Mountain View's as well. Check in and check out were easy and cabin was easy to find.

Review of Stay

The house itself was beautiful. Clean with plenty of room. The view was misleading. There was a neighborhood being built behind our stay house. It wasn't as we had been shown on the vrbo site. Construction noise was constant during the day and frankly it was an eye sore.Downstairs there was a rug in the main bed room that was curled up on one corner. My special needs son tripped on the curled up area and nearly hit his head on the glass door to the outside. That perhaps needs to be secured where it is flat for future attendees. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. However , the above items needed to be addressed for completeness.
