The apartment can be reached by elevator. The apartment has a 30 sqm terrace with views over the church square.  The location in the heart of Warnemünde is ideal. Directly before the house there are several cafes, restaurants, bakeries, banks and supermarkets. To promenade along the old stream and the central mole in Warnemuende is only a three minute walk. Equally short is the way to the beach of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade Warnemünde by the spa park located in the immediate vicinity.
