Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Es gibt zwar einen Balkon, aber im Erdgeschoss leider ohne Sonne und keinen Ausblick.

Geräumige und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Ende der Alexandrinenstraße. Sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist mi wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Großzügige Ferienwohnung

Von der toll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung ist in Warnemünde alles fußläufig in kürzester Entfernung zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht in der Ausstattung den angegebenen Parametern. Wir waren positiv überrascht.

Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Es war alles da,was man braucht. Wir hatten auch grosses Glück mit dem Wetter und waren dadurch viel draußen. Die Gastgeber haben sofort bei Nachfragen geantwortet und waren sehr nett. Das einzige was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war,ist der Ausblick 🤔vom Balkon. Aber trotzdem würden wir wieder kommen. Das Bad ist schön groß und man hat die Möglichkeit die Dusche oder den Whirlpool zu benutzen. Man erkennt,wieviel Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt wurde. Viele kleine Dekoelemente sind vorhanden. Wir wünschen der Familie Pockrandt weiterhin viel Erfolg beim Vermieten. Familie Lipke

Fast alles wunderbar

Leider gab es kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Das haben wir aufgrund nur einer Übernachtung erst am nächsten Morgen bemerkt. Den Vermieter haben wir telefonisch unter der angegebenen Nummer leider auch nicht erreicht. Sonst alles wunderbar.

Super tolles Objekt….aber schreckliche Nachbarin ( 2Stock / Balkon) Haus 13

Das Objekt ist einfach Super schön !!! Es stimmt alles. Tolle Wohnung… tolle Umgebung . Aber der Empfang von der älteren Nachbarin Haus 13 ,,,, im 1 OG einfach frech und unmöglich !!! Wir fuhren wie besprochen mit unserer Vermieterin… mit 2 Autos auf den Hof zum entladen und ankommen … da schrie diese Frau schon vom Balkon runter… Autos weg und verschwinden von dort . Wir waren darüber sehr wütend und die ganzen Tage hat diese Frau uns vom Balkon beobachtet Darauf haben wir der klar gemacht… wenn sie ein Anliegen hat hätte sie es uns netter ansprechen müssen !!!! Unglaublich sowas !!!

Schöne ansprechende Wohnung

Der Schein von außen trügt. Im positiven Sinne. Wir waren sehr über die großzügig und geräumig aufgeteilte Erdgeschosswohnung beeindruckt. Schöne stilvoll eingerichtet Wohnung in der Alexandrienenstrasse parallel zum Alten Strom gelegen. Der Marktplatz von Warnemünde mit der schönen Backsteinkirche, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Banken sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ebenso Teepott, die Leuchttürme und der große Sandstrand. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen, da ich in Warnemünde für mehr Geld schon weitaus wenigen geboten bekam.

Schöner Familienurlaub
