America Suite, right on the Alten Strom - family-friendly / modern / exclusive This suite is lovingly furnished and completely new and comfortably equipped: flat / cable TV (3-way), stereo radio / CD, internet (WLAN) and complete Kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). A very special ambience and a touch of luxury awaits you in the America Suite: stylish solid wood furniture, a large living / dining area with comfortable seating (sofa bed), three separate bedrooms, two shower rooms, and plenty of space. The terrace is huge and offers you a wonderful view of the water side and the "stream". We don't promise you too much: here you will find everything you could want for a unique Baltic Sea holiday.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 6 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Die große Terrasse, mit Blick auf den Alten Strom war ein Höhepunkt. Vom Vermieter sind wir freundlich empfangen worden und sie hatten für jeden Wunsch ein offenes Ohr. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Aufenthalt Warnemünde

Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Erwachsen ein Wochenende in Warnemünde genießen. Die Wohnung war ideal für uns ausgestattet. Auch die Anordnung der Schlafzimmer mit dem entsprechendem Bad war perfekt. So hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit dort wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ebenso ansprechend am Strom. Auch die Kommunikation bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe war hervorragend. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Man hat seine Ruhe, aber wenn man möchte ist man in 5 min mitten im Trubel. Von der Terrasse aus zieht man sogar die Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Am Nachmittag ist auf Terrasse Schatten, so das man sich da gerne aufhält.

Gute Lage, jedoch für uns nicht mehr

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 5 Leuten bewohnt. Das ist auch ausreichend, die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann schön auf den Strom gucken. Jedoch ist unter der Wohnung ein Lokal und man hat die Küchengerüche in der Wohnung, da die Abluft des Restaurant sich in dem kleinen Gang zwischen den Häusern befindet und hochzieht. Fahrräder abstellen ist auch nur suboptimal möglich. Die Wohnung war ausgestattet mit den üblichen Dingen, die man braucht. Einen Wischer oder Sauger muss man sich an der Rezeption holen, in der Wohnung ist nur ein Besen. Einen Punkt Abzug geb ich, da an vielen Stellen eine Staubschicht und in jedem Raum ordentlich Spinnenweben waren.

sehr schöne große zentral gelegene Wohnung, die dennoch abseits des Trubels ist, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man benötigt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. Einzig schade für uns, dass in keinem der Bäder eine Wanne vorhanden ist.

Warnemünde - nicht nur einmal im Jahr

In Warnemünde kann man sich einfach nur verlieben... Wer einmal da war kommt immer wieder ... Unsere Unterkunft war einfach nur Top... perfekt für 6 Erwachsene oder auch mit Kindern. Ein Zimmer ist mit 2 Einzelbetten, die anderen beiden mit einem Doppelbett. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und Empfang haben volle Sterne verdient und die Lage ist sowieso unschlagbar. Eine große Terrasse lässt jeden Morgen beim Frühstück auf die neu angekommenen Kreuzfahrtschiffe gucken. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben, dass hier auch Kurzaufenthalte möglich sind, leider scheitert dies in vielen Opjekten. Dafür gibt es einen zusätzlichen Stern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Warnemünde noch mal erleben

Wir wollten meinen Eltern nach über 30 Jahren noch einmal ein schönes Erlebnis in Warnemünde ermöglichen. Dies ist uns mit der Amerika Suite voll gelungen. Meine Eltern und wir waren von Anfang bis Ende voll begeistert. Somit hat uns das durchwachsene Wetter auch nicht gestört.
