The entrance to Apartment 3 is from the street (entrance porch to the right of the glass gate).

Our cozy apartments are located in a quiet side street in the historic center of Warnemünde and are still very centrally located. The Friedrich-Franz-Straße is the second parallel street to the Old Stream, the famous promenade of Warnemünde. Here you will find numerous small restaurants and shops and of course you can also get to know the typical fishing life at the Mittelmole. The beautiful fine white sand beach is only a 3-minute walk. A shopping market and numerous bakeries can also be found in the immediate vicinity just around the corner. Since both apartments are located in the same house, a rental is also very good if you want to travel with several families. Please choose between our two apartments 365 days a year!  Please note our arrival and departure arrangements!Arrival from 15:00; Departure until 10:00 am; Special regulations possible after telephone arrangement. Da es nur ein grosser Raum war,saß man bei Licht wie auf dem Präsentierteller.Man konnte trotz Vorhang bis zur Küche durch schauen.Auch war es sehr Laut.Man dachte stets Fußgànger und Autos fahren direkt durch die Wohnung.Richtig Lüften ging auch nur von vorne.Ein Wäscheständer hat gefehlt,mit den Strandutensilien wusste man nicht wo hin.Die 3 Schlafgelegenheit war sehr schmal und hart.Man musste nach vorne auf die couch ziehen zum schlafen.Da war es ok,aber noch lauter.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in Warnemünde

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Strand, Bäcker, Edeka und viele Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar und war insgesamt für unsere Zwecke perfekt.Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber/gepflegt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung gewählt, weil beworben wurde, dass sie 2022 neu hergerichtet wurde. Das trifft sicher für die Einrichtung zu - für die Matratzen leider wider erwarten nicht.

Sehr schöne und einfache Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend Der Strand und der Alte Strom sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist aufjedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.
