Our holiday apartment and our apartments are centrally located in the center of Warnemünde. Our house is located directly at the spa park and you will find shops, among other things, in an EDEKA market, at a distance of approx. 200m. The beach and the most important points such as old stream, train station, marina and promenade are only a few minutes' walk from our apartments. The bus stop is approx. 150 m away. All apartments are quietly located on the green courtyard side. A parking space can be booked directly with the landlord for a fee. Arrival from 3 p.m. Departure until 10 a.m. 10% down payment within 7 days after booking to account, final payment in cash on site.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Nette Vermietung. Wohnung ausreichend für Selbstverpflegung , Kochfläche etwas klein. 2 Kochflächen leider kein Backofen . Perfekte Lage alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir konnten in der tollen Ferienwohnung uns sehr gut erholen. Die Lage war super, Stand, alter Strom und Bahnhof waren schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Wer mit dem Auto anreist kann auch einen Parkplatz reservieren, was in Warnemünde schon wichtig ist. Alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral. Ganz kurze Wege zum Strand, zu Edeka, zum Bäcker, zu den Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr gute Ausstattung in der Ferienwohnung, hübsches Wohnzimmer, sehr schönes neues Bad, sehr großer Balkon. Alles da, was man benötigt. Sehr sauber. Die relativ steile Treppe zur Wohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Coole Wohnung mit tollem Balkon

Die Wohnung ist mittlerweile teilweise neu renoviert - sehr stylisch - was auf den eingestellten Bildern noch nicht dargestellt ist. Insbesondere das Badezimmer mit grosser Regendusche ist hervorzuheben. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Hinterhof, so dass man den grossen Balkon sehr gut genießen kann. Unterstellplatz für ein Auto ist nach Absprache mit den sehr netten Vermietern möglich. Insgesamt waren wir super zufrieden. Top!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, im Zentrum, Strandnah

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Zentrum und doch in ruhiger Lage. Zum Strand 5 min Fußweg. Nur die Treppe zur Ferienwohnung ist sehr steil.
