House Karzenburg Apartment Pavilion

The apartment is located in a small apartment building at the entrance to Warnemünde. Shops, restaurants, beach promenade and beach are just a few steps away. The location of the apartment is away from the pedestrian areas Alter Strom and beach promenade, but these are within walking distance. For a fee, you can rent a parking space (if available) for 9.00 € per night.

House Karzenburg Apartment Pavillion:
The detached house on 2 floors invites you to relax after the long beach days. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a kitchen-living room, which is fully equipped.   Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and a wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in the garden. Here you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. It takes about 3 minutes to get to the Alter Strom. on foot and to the beach only about 10 minutes. A foot-accessible garage for your car can be used if available. Note: Currently there may be noise disturbances due to construction in the neighborhood, which may affect you as well.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Ein toller Herbsturlaub in Warnemünde

Eine sehr gut und praktisch eingerichtete FeWo. Es ist alles da, was braucht, insbesondere in der Küche. Ruhige Lage.

Alles gut, außer die Parkplätze

Hatten uns auf den im Inserat angebotenen Parkplatz verlassen. Leider gab es ihn wohl schon länger nicht mehr. Hätten wir es eher gewusst, hätten wir vorab etwas organisieren können. So hatten wir Zusatzkosten. Sonst war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Gute Lage, schlechte Sauberkeit

Das Hinterhaus befindet sich in schöner ruhiger Lage, unweit vom Hafen entfernt. Für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz. Für drei Personen dahingehend schwierig, dass man zum Bad durch das Schlafzimmer muss. Tatsächlich sehr unschön ist die Sauberkeit. Scheinbar wurde schon seit längerem keine Reinigung mehr vorgenommen. Staub im Badezimmerschrank, verunreinigtes Toilettenbecken, Haare auf dem Fußboden und gar teilw. verdrecktes Besteck. Leider haben wir auch den Grill auf der Terrasse und einen Mülleimer im Haus vergeblich gesucht. Ergo, schöne Unterkunft, diese möchte einfach nur etwas besser unterhalten werden!
