The room was clear and spacious. No hangers were provided, however, despite a request for them. The staff was very accommodating (except for hangers) and friendly. Hotel was quiet and cleam throughout, and the grounds were well kept. There was an abundance of safe parking I will stay there again if I'm in Roswell.

I can’t say enough about this property! Full kitchen, tables, office area, two large closets, large bed, clean bathroom, and best of all the staff, manager RAM! Received a personal escort to my room, and cared about my every need! Even allowed me to sleep in! Oh, and did I mention the price? Under $80 per night! Had the best time in Roswell, New Mexico! Highly recommend B & J!!!!!!! I will return!!!

We stayed at B&J Hotel in Roswell 6 nights and recommend it highly. We had a Studio Room with a queen bed and it was large with a full kitchen, a table, and a sitting area. It felt like a really nice apartment. We had a very comfortable bed, a nice walk-in shower, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It has a large fitness room and a gaming area with a pool table. It also has a laundry room on each floor free for guests. We wish all hotels were this great! We will be back!

The owner was fantastic. He showed us to our room to make sure everything was ok. He truly cares about the customer and it shows in his demeanor and his property. This was one of our favorite places we stayed in New Mexico.

Staff was very friendly went out of their way for us great cause they let us check in early cause we travel from out of state. We will be staying there every weekend. It’s one of the best places I’ve been in New Mexico.

I had already told the hotel that i would be a late check in as my flight didn't land until 10:30p. When I arrived the front doors were locked so i called the two numbers on the door multiple times. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We stayed in a studio. It was spacious and well-appointed. The staff was nice. I really appreciated the fresh fruit! The hotel also has a laundry room where you could do your laundry for free! The bathroom could have used some attention. When we arrived, a used body towel was still hanging on the towel bar, and a used bar of soap was still in the shower. I spoke to the staff. I assume the cleaners just missed the bathroom.

Google maps has two different street reversed (Pennsylvania And Kentucky) so you will need to go one street over from where the map says the entrance is. The room was clean, but the kitchen did not have any ceramic coffee mugs and I had to request cups from the front desk and they gave me small paper cups. The AC was separate for living room and the bedroom and was excellent. The bed was average and the walls let in a lot of noise.

Empty hotel but very friendly staff. Upgraded to a bigger room. Clean and spacious. Elevator and security doors made us felt safe. No food inside the hotel but all we had to do was go a few blocks and find many dining options. We would stay again.

The property was clean. The lack of communication was terrible. I asked for first floor but they said they were cleaning the rooms. I was put on the second floor. The hotel seemed empty so I couldn’t understand why I could not get the room I asked for. They have kitchens which is great and I cooked everyday. I got a complaint say I was being loud and possibly had children running around. It was me and my husband and when you walk and moved around you could hear us. They have bare floors. And we are heavy individuals. So with that being said I felt uncomfortable. Their ice machine wasn’t working, but eventually did but did not make me aware.
