If you’re driving to Carlsbad or back to Santa Fe, this is a very budget motel that does the job to sleep over night. The room was fine but there’s no soap and the hallways are dirty and the back door is open all night creating a security concern. Lots of “out of order” signs for various things such as the ice makers. But for $65 worth these issues for me and my family for a 14 hour stay.

It was very bad. muggy inside hotel, juice bar wasn’t working. None of the ice makers were working. Blinds broken, bath shower moldy.

Basic but as advertised and we knew we were getting a budget motel but it was still clean and safe. It is definitely "get what you pay for" but you do at east get a good sleep. Far better than other budget motels we have had on our trip. Would stay here again for the price.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived until 4hrs later, the bed had some type of fresh stains on it, the shower was clogged, it was just a terrible experience all around !

We came to Roswell to be with a friend that was having surgery, so we needed a good place to stay for the value, and that is what we got at this hotel. The bed was large, clean and smelled nice with great pillows and very comfortable. The hotel was sandwiched between an Applebees, Dennys and IHOP so no problem with finding food. The TV, Internet and plumbing all worked just fine. For the money I would definitely stay here again. It was not high-end, and was not low-end. Just somewhere in-between. We had no safety issues and this hotel was popular with blue collar workers. You will not find coffee in the room, but the coffee at the continental breakfast was very good. The continental breakfast was not impressive, with only cereal and muffins. The juice machine was broken but again, the coffee was really good. As for the room, the only thing that needs repair was the toilet paper holder and I am not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms although the carpet appeared to be clean and well vacuumed. I would not swim in their pool. The staff were exceptional, always available and very friendly. You usually get what you pay for and I believe we got a little more. This was a great value and as stated earlier, I would stay here again.

Property needs renovated. Old, raggedy towels. Cigarette burn in bedspread. Sheets didn’t fit bed. Terrible breakfast- orange juice machine broken, just cold cereal and several boxes of discount donuts. Do not recommend. Will not be back.

Great room, great rates!

This was a very clean room and hotel. I was facing main street and i didn't hear a thing nor was woken up by morning sunlight. I will be staying here on return trips for sure!
