Room was a good size and clean. The signal for a bunch of channels on the tv would cut in and out. Found out on the last night of my stay that the auto lock on the door stopped locking and would open without using the room key.

Definitely not the vibe for families. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel, if that makes any sense. Our neighbors were polite and quiet, also the one worker we saw there was as accommodating as possible. However the property is in desperate need of maintenance. We opted to check out early and found a different hotel for the remainder of our Roswell trip.

Fire watch warning, visible smoke damage, fallen ceiling tiles with a water leak. We left the hotel and requested a refund but the hotel did not respond so, no refund. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.

Pool not working full of green algae, did not check whirlpool at all. The whole place was humid and smelling horrible. Place needs to be leveled and rebuilt from scratch. Good luck with this property.
