The room was in very poor condition, carpet was torn and badly patched, toilet seat was missing pads so it didn’t sit flat, tile flooring was not clean and there was no soap or body wash only shampoo. The hotel itself looked nice and was in good shape so maybe we just got a poor room due to booking through a discount site.

Good space for a family of 6 adults traveling through on a road trip. Very nice gentleman checked us in and showed us our room. Iffered a library, game room, and free laundry. Offered extra towels since there were 6 of us.

This is the first and only place I have stayed in when visiting Roswell and it’s officially my to go spot if I come back. The place isn’t a super luxurious place but the service, amenities, feel of the place makes it feel luxurious. Staff were really kind and gave us info about the area. There is a library in there which kind of caught me off guard. A game room with a pool table was amazing. Lobby looked amazing and the breakfast was fresh. A few places could use some TLC but for the price I paid I think I got every cent worth and more. 5/5 would stay here again.

The room was awesome! Huge room three beds! The main bed is great if you have tiny little humans that love sleeping beside you and you not feeling like your falling off the bed. Absolutely the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a hotel! It is so relaxing and peaceful!

The staff was very helpful' The first room he gave us , the floor had not been vacuumed well and he immediately apologized and gave us another room that he personally inspected 1rst! It was well cleaned and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond compared to other places we stayed at.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was cooked to order, not a buffet, so minimal waste, which is very smart. Limited options on other breakfast items though. They do not recycle yet, but it might be coming soon. The previous guest in my room stole the microwave, 2 pictures/paintings, 8 hangers and the sink strainer. Microwave was replaced from another room. Wonderful stay.
