Both staff members I interacted with were helpful and were kind enough to speak to me in English. Check-in was quick and easy and my room was ready early. Staffs are kind and friendly. This hotel locates at the nearest area in Altstadts from railway station. If you have large suitcase from railway station, I recommend you to stay here because you don't have to pass roads of cobblestone with suitcase.

Absolutely beautiful town, and this hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Quiet and slightly away from the « hub » of other accommodations, it was quiet, and had easy parking. Easy walking to many restaurants and shops, and situated right next to the wall that surrounds the old city. Lovely seating area outside as well, away from the street, like a little oasis.
