     Welcome to Golfers Paradise!

      This beautiful private home is in the quiet community of Rotonda Lakes in Rotonda West. Our home is only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. The area is a paradise for beachgoers, nature-lovers and golf enthusiasts alike.

      Enjoy plenty of wildlife watching, hang out on the enclosed lanai overlooking the beautiful peaceful Florida landscaping and wildlife around the canal. 

The home is tastefully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,  and a large screen-enclosed patio. This residence has beautiful palms surrounding the house as well as canal views.

      No Pets Allowed in this home.Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Only one side of the garage is accessible. Owner has vehicle parked in other bay in garage.

      This community is very active with bike lanes and plenty of walking trails out the front door. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. Rotonda has multiple golf courses and a large park with tennis courts and a playground.

Beautiful beaches are so close!  Manasota Key - 16 miles and Boca Grande - 13 miles

Rotonda Community Park and Preserve - 3 miles

Hiking at Myakka State Forest - 10 miles

Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park- 5 miles

Publix is 8 minutes away, Walmart is about 14 minutes away.

Access to the Boca Grande Causeway is less than 15 minutes. 

     Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotonda Golf and Country Club. This is a self-catering house stay!

     We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
