Forget your worries in the spacious and serene condo! Newly renovated inside and outside 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Condo is part of a 6 unit community with heated pool. Located 10 minutes away from Englewood Beach, 15 minutes from Boca Grande Beach. Covered parking for one vehicle. Additional parking.

Updated condo has 2 beds two full baths with tall ceilings throughout and screened in private patio. Master showcases King bed, walk in closet and en suite with tub/shower combo. Small slider leads to screened in patio.

Guest bedroom with two twin beds has a walk in closet and located right next to 2nd full bath with walk in shower.

Living area looks out through large slider to the screened in patio. It is set up with comfortable couches and 65` Smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen and dining area are right off the entry way.

Unit is located on the ground level between two other units. Second building across the green yard has the other three units.

Shared space has a BBQ with propane tank and a large heated pool year round.
