We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation being a spacious unit with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. The accommodation was located adjacent to the pool which was also lovely. Parking was a bit tight around the inside of the main building. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buildings were a bit dated. All-in-all we were quite happy with the accommodation which was good value for money.

The staff greeted me with kindness and were very helpful. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. I will definitely return, next time I stay in Rotorua. It’s a very convenient place to stay. Plenty of parking, opposite the Gardens and a one block walk from the main street.
