Was a great one bed unit with spa which was great. A little bit older but very good condition. Out of town and not walkable and carpark very tight.

Pleasantly surprised and exceeded expectations

We only stayed one night but liked it enough to stay more if our plans allowed. It is in a great location. The parking is tight but we made it work. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. I am not sure if we got a free upgrade but it was much better than I thought. It had all the accommodations. We were going to go out and do things in Rotorua but opted to stay in the room and rest instead because it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. I thought this place was great and would definitely stay there again if we go back to New Zealand.

The room was nice and comfortable for the 3 of us. It was in a good location. We could easily get to some activities and attractions. It would be nice to add some things in the kitchen like a tea pot, large bowls and dishes. Also a mirror in the main bedroom would be nice. The owners were really nice and welcoming. I would definitely book again 🙂
