We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths!

This is a home away from home. Amazing use of space, and brilliant outdoor area thats well sheltered from the weather. I have slight ocd and whoever built and put this property together must also share the same eye for detail. My family loved staying here, very private and peaceful. This location and property was fantastic! very close to town, airport, and major roadways. The property itself was beautiful, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Loved this wee little gem. Great size for family with 3 teens - had everything we needed for a busy weekend with family events. Didn't get to try out the spa as we were too busy but would have great in Winter. Loved the well stocked kitchen esp the coffee machine and being able to use the washing machine/dryer. Place was super clean and had a great outside area

Great spot for a fun weekend!
