The Space:

The home is spread across three levels, giving everyone space and privacy, but this also means stairs are unavoidable, making the property best suited to guests comfortable with stairs. To add convenience, the home features three bathrooms, with one located on each level, which works particularly well for larger groups.



Thanks to the multi-level layout, the home can be comfortably enjoyed by two or even three families at the same time, allowing different groups to have their own zones while still sharing central living and entertainment spaces. This layout is ideal for extended family holidays or group getaways where privacy and shared time are equally important.



The open-plan living and dining areas are bright and welcoming, with large windows capturing the lake outlook and plenty of space to relax together. The modern kitchen is well equipped for holiday living, featuring a coffee machine, air fryer, sandwich press, double wall oven, and filtered water, making everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners easy and enjoyable.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including the spa pool, games area, outdoor spaces, and parking. The owners have one side of the garage locked off for their personal items. This area is not accessible to guests.
