Sleeps up to 4 in comfort, with a double garage, heat pumps throughout and all the thoughtful touches you'd expect from a premium self-contained NZ holiday home.



The Space:

Kowhai Views is a tidy, modern home set up for an easy stay.



The lounge and dining area are open-plan, with timber-lined ceilings, big windows and a heat pump. The kitchen has a full oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Nespresso machine, with everything you need to cook a proper meal. The dining table seats six.



The master bedroom has a super-king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a built-in wardrobe. Both rooms are warm, carpeted and have blackout curtains.



The main bathroom has a spa bath and a separate walk-in shower. There's a small study nook off the hallway with a desk and board games, and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



Out the back, there's a covered deck with a BBQ and outdoor table, and a private courtyard off the lounge. The double garage gives you secure parking for two cars.

You'll have the whole house to yourselves, including the garage and outdoor areas.

A quiet, elevated street in a well-kept Rotorua neighbourhood. Close to parks, local cafes and the lakefront, with the Redwoods, Polynesian Spa and the main geothermal attractions all a short drive away.

A car is the easiest way to get around Rotorua. The CBD and lakefront are about 5-10 minutes away, the airport about 15 minutes, and there's secure parking for two vehicles in the internal-access garage.
