Prince's Gate Hotel offers 50 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature minibars and safes. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. The opportunities to improve was some of the cooking. Meats especially..Pork and pork crackling overcooked as was the Chicken in the Pot pie Breakfast bacon and cinnamon pastry rolls under cooked This cooking affected my rating the staff as 'excellent' Would definitely stay again

Stayed here before and very nice place in excellent location. Spacious and comfy room. Disappointed that the hot pools were out of order due to maintenance. This was not mentioned on their website and one of the main reasons for booking here. They said I could go to Polynesian Spa and get a 20% discount…not okay since I had already paid the hotel and expected to use their pools.

Had a great one night stay at Prince’s Gate. Awesome location, and a nice historic feel to the rooms and facilities. Even got a room upgrade which added to the stay. The pool was closed, but they remedied this by sending us to Polynesian spa free of charge which was a thoughtful touch.

This is a historic property and hence a bit old. The location is pretty good - very close to the tourism centre and also a few minutes walk from Eat Streat. The staff are also nice and friendly. The room is spacious.
