The hotel staff were excellent, as there was no elevator, the lady at reception took our luggage to the room. The staff were very friendly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable but difficult for older people like us, 71 and 69 to get in and out of. Excellent location close to the central train station.

If you need a room for the night it's cheap and the bed is comfortable. There was no tv, coffee pot, iron, hair dryer or ironing board in the room. So if you have to have these, the blow dryer, the iron and ironing board are available at the desk, and there is also coffee available there. The shower was nice. I would stay again.

Such a fun hotel. Definitely the most unique hotel I’ve stayed in. Going into the room through a hidden bookcase door is so cool. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Space was at a premium but I wasn’t bothered about a huge spacious room. Just somewhere comfortable to sleep with a shower and it fits that bill perfectly. It being super close to the train station is also a great benefit. And they have a bag drop option too so you can leave your bags after checking out if you have time to spare.

Absolutely awesome stay! This is by far the most quirky place I’ve ever stayed the rooms are small but very cool, nice and clean, excellent location right near the station and a very lovely team of staff, I fell ill on the last night of the stay and they organised a late check out for us, so I could stay in bed until needing to go to the airport!

The hotel is a rather interesting looking place. I'm down with the quirky atmosphere. Please pay attention to the room you choose. Mine was a bit on the small size. There are .."standard" sized rooms I heard. I'd try this place again.

Our stay was relatively pleasant, however the rooms were tiny, with nowhere to put our bags. We were forced to cancel our stay at the Amsterdam location without refund after reading countless reviews of bed bugs at the location in Amsterdam. Though this location has fewer reviews mentioning bed bugs on Google, it still has some, which caused us to be a little paranoid. The shared couches certainly have not been cleaned since the hotels inception either.

Good for solo travellers. There's no kettle or hair dryer in the room, but available on request. There's complimentary tea in the common area but coffee has to be purchased from reception. WiFi is strong. Location is brilliant for getting around. There are halal eateries in the vicinity. Room is generally clean but windows could have done with either some linen for privacy; I had to close the curtains and turn the lights on to change and use the shower. There is a luggage store which I only found out as I was checking out. Definitely coming back here.
