Old, comfortable, and charming house. A very charming detached building, renovated and furnished with respect for its original features, quietly located on the small square of this hamlet nestled between hedged fields and marsh meadows.
Enclosed outdoor space of 400 m² (south-facing), with a stone barn (35 m²).
Ground floor: living room (stove and sofa bed) with open bistro kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds (90x200 cm), shower room, and separate wheelchair-accessible toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds (90x200 cm), 2: 2 double beds (120x200 cm), separate toilet, and sink area.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo, tumble dryer, and baby equipment.
Included: electricity, bed linens.
Not included: electric heating, towels, firewood, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€90).
Garage. Pets allowed upon request. Wheelchair accessible with an accompanying adult.
