Rouen Metro: This is actually a tramway, called a light metro, which runs through the city. There are two lines (T1 and T2) that pass near the city center, with stations such as Théâtre des Arts and Palais de Justice, both about a 5- to 10-minute walk from the Gros-Horloge.

Bus: Several bus lines serve the center of Rouen. Stops near the Gros-Horloge include Théâtre des Arts and Place du Vieux-Marché, which are served by many bus lines, such as lines F1, F2, and 11.

2. Bicycle (Cy’clic)
Rouen also has a bike-sharing service called Cy’clic. There are several bike stations near the Gros-Horloge, such as those located at Théâtre des Arts or on Place du Vieux-Marché.

3. Taxis
Taxis are available throughout the city, and it is fairly easy to find one near the historic center, particularly around Place du Vieux-Marché or major thoroughfares such as Rue Jeanne d'Arc. Alternatively, apps such as Uber are also available in Rouen.
