"Location", Urban concrete 1970s. "Apartment". Fully functional. "Problems". Lift only working 3 days out of 8. Underground parking. extremely narrow, no good for R/H drive cars. Shower in need of replacement. Intermittent leaks on bathroom basin and kitchen sink. "Good points" Close to tram station. Quiet area. Close to hyper market.

Bon endroit pour un séjour à Rouen.

LapC'est près du centre commercial Saint-Sever. Il y là aussi arrêt metro. Centre historique à 15 min à pied. Parking iclus dans le garage souterrain.

Apprendre français en Rouen

J'avais besoin d'un séjour en Rouen parce que je faisais un cours de français de 2 semaines. Cette appartement était proche de ce cours et aussi du centre de Rouen pour visiter des incontournables. Je vous recommande cette appartement.

Tres bel appartement, lumineux , propre , bien équipé , décoré avec goût. Situé dans un quartier populaire mais proche du centre. Un seul défaut , il faut être grand, pour atteindre l'évier, et certaines étagères.. lol
