Close to amenities, the 1.5-hectare estate is surrounded by meadows, small streams, and hiking trails. Ideally located at the gateway to the Cévennes mountains in the southern Ardèche region, it offers breathtaking panoramic views. With no close neighbors, you can fully enjoy your evenings by the pool or around the barbecue.

The stone farmhouse has been renovated while preserving its authentic character. Your accommodation includes 8 bedrooms, 2 of which have independent access, 6 bathrooms and 1 additional shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, a library with a children's area, and a 65 m² games room with a pool table and foosball.
Outside: a large 12 x 5 meter swimming pool, a ping-pong table, 2 covered terraces, 2 courtyards, 2 large tables with chairs, garden furniture, and ample green spaces.

We also provide a paddock for your horses. Pets are welcome under certain conditions, as we have chickens, horses, donkeys, and a cat on the property.

Located in the Uzès-Barjac-Alès triangle, just minutes from the Fumades spa resort, you can explore various attractions such as the bamboo grove and pottery workshops of Anduze, the Pont du Gard, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Cocalière and Salamandre caves, the villages of Saint-Ambroix and Vézénobres, canoe trips on the Cèze or Ardèche rivers, and many other exceptional places.

We will be your only neighbors, at the far end of the farmhouse. Should you need anything, we will be available to provide information to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
