J’avais toutes Mes preuves de réservation par e-mail, la journée venue m’aime à 17h, je n’avais toujours Aucune information à savoir l’emplacement des clés, comment faire mon arrivée, j’ai appelé Directement Aux responsables du logement et eux-mêmes n’avaient aucune réservation . Pourtant moi j’avais les e-mails Comme preuve. j’ai failli Dormir dans mon auto, mais j’ai trouvé un hôtel finalement. je dois me battre pour un remboursement maintenant
