Spacious detached house in the peaceful Lapinrinne area of Rovaniemi. This property is ideal for larger families or groups who appreciate roomy accommodations and good facilities as a base for their city getaway.

Built in 1985, the house offers 120 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are three separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, the second bedroom has one 90 cm and one 120 cm wide bed, and the third bedroom has two 90 cm wide beds. The living room also includes a 140 cm wide sofa bed.

The property features a bathroom and an electric sauna, as well as two separate toilets, enhancing comfort for larger groups. The living room and other common areas provide cozy settings for togetherness.
