Holiday house Julian is located 4 km from Rovinj, on a large property of 1.500 m2. The beautiful sea view will take your breath away.

Guests can enjoy with full privacy a beautiful garden with a 32 m2 swimming pool, a children's playground and a covered tent. In the garden you can see olive trees, various flowers, grapes and apple trees.

The ground floor terrace with outside fireplace / barbecue and outside table is also covered, in a pleasant shade, surrounded by greenery.

The house consists of ground floor and 1st floor (1st floor is not available - locked and not used by anyone). 2 bedrooms and living room can accommodate 6 people.
