Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.

Kann man klar empfehlen, ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartement mit kleinem Balkon und mit einem schönen Blick auf den Garten. Es ist eine Maisonette Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung. Auch gut geeignet für 3 Personen. Das Haus ist schön und in sehr guter ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett! Wir haben 10 Minuten vorher angerufen und man hat uns vor Ort freundlich empfangen.

Einfach, unkompliziert, freundlich, perfekt!

Gemütliche Terrasse mit Meerblick, helle saubere moderne und gut eingerichtete Räume, top Aufteilung der Wohnung, gepflegtes Haus und Garten, herzlichste Gastgeber. Sehr ruhige Lage. Für den Hund wurde uns sogar ein eigener Staubsauger zur Verfügung gestellt, was man als Hundebesitzer sehr zu schätzen weiß! Top Waschmaschine vorhanden. Es wurde auch alles bereit gestellt vom Klopapier über Küchenutensilien uvm - so kennen wir dies nicht aus Appartements in der Umgebung. Ebenso Duschgel, Körperbutter usw aus nachhaltiger biologischer Erzeugnis. Top! Kurze Wege zum Strand mit Blick auf die Satdt, Mini Supermark unweit zu erreichen. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen, muss aber mit ca je nach Tempo mit mind 45 Minuten rechnen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus! Grüne Umgebung.

Sehr nette Eigentümer mit einer tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt, die Lage zum Strand top und vor allem die Eigentümer waren sehr nett. Man hat sich wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes geräumiges Apartment mit Blick auf Rovinj. Schöne große Terrasse, die hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Gute Ausstattung, ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Es ist auch ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Klimaanlage für besonders heiße Tage.

Perfektes check in mit der Gastgeberin die gleich beim Ausräumen des Autos mit half und und danach gleich eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk überreichte. Das Apartment Carla war perfekt von der Raumaufteilung mit einer wunderschönen sehr großen Terrasse unter Dach und Blick zum Meer. Es gab sowohl eine Nespresso Maschine als auch Kapseln dazu und im Badezimmer auch alles an Seifen was man sich nur vorstellen kann.

relaxing holiday near the beach

The host is very friendly and speaks German and English. The apartment (Dora) is very clean and modernly furnished. It is very quiet and the beach is within walking distance. The only thing i did't like is that the balcony is very small, garden-facing, breakfast on the balcony is unfortunately not possible, but that's about it.

Отличные апартаменты для пляжа и путешествия.

Превосходные апаратаменты в предместье Ровиня. Идеальная чистота, все новое, как с иголочки. Очень удобная кровать. Прекрасно работающие кондиционеры, в жару 35 охлаждали эффективно, но без сквозняков. До пляжа и променада 5 минут неспешным шагом. В пешей доступности несколько ресторанов. Хозяева очень любезные и заботливые. Возле входа своя парковка по числу апартаментов. До исторического центра Ровиня 5 минут на машине. Nice apartments in the Rovinj suburb. Sparkling clean, new, and comfortable. Hosts are very kind and supportive. Just 5 min relaxing walk to a beach. Private parking. Several restaurants and romantic promenade nearby. Все было идеально! Everything was perfect!

Entspannung, Wohlfühl Urlaub

Es sind sehr nette Vermieter, man wird schnell familiär behandelt und fühlt sofort willkommen und wohl. Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Standes, zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Wir hatten nur eine kleine Terasse, die Vermieter haben uns einen Tisch auf ihrer grossen Teresse aufgestellt, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles sehr sauber, einfach ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und geniessen. Ich/wir würden jeder Zeit diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Einfach Top!!! nichts
