Mooie rustig gelegen en complete villa

Heerlijke week gehad met z’n vieren. Ontzettend mooi huis met heerlijk zwembad en tuin. Fijne ligbedden om heerlijk van de zon te genieten. Het huis is volledig ingericht, alles is er aanwezig. Heerlijke bedden en overal airconditioning in het huis. Zeer aardige en behulpzame host Claudia en Alex . Supermarkt om de hoek aanwezig. De villa ligt op een mooie rustige locatie. Ideale uitvalsbasis om Istrië te verkennen.

Die Villa Lord, ist nicht nur ein Ferienhaus zum Urlaub verbringen, in dieses Haus möchte man leben.

Die Villa Lord, ist nicht nur ein Ferienhaus zum Urlaub verbringen, in dieses Haus möchte man sofort einziehen. Die Villa liegt ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand direkt am Wald. Außer Vogelgezwitscher hört man nichts. Alle Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer, mit einem Badezimmer (Dusche & Toilette) sowie ein separates Gäste WC. Ein großer Ess- und Wohnraum. mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche (Kühl- & Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Gasherd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Sandwichmaker, reichlich Besteck & Geschirr). Esstisch passen gut 6 Personen. Das Sofa hat bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen. Man kann es auch ausziehen und als zusätzliches Bett nutzen. Aus dem gemütliche Schaukelstuhl neben dem Sofa möchte man gar nicht mehr aufstehen. Es gibt ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Im OG sind 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Balkon. Ein Bad sowie ein kleiner Fitness-Bereich. Die Terrasse hat einen großen Esstisch für 8 Personen und eine kleinen Kaffeetisch für 4 Personen. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit einem ca. 4-8m langen Pool mit 6 gemütlichen Liegen und 3 Sonnenschirmen. Der Aussengrill, ist ein Gasgrill. Was sehr komfortabel ist. Der Garten selbst ist einer hohen Hecke umgeben. Die Einfahrt ist mit einem elektrischen Tor verschlossen. Vielen Dank, an die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber Alexander und Claudia für die wunderschöne Zeit in eurem Haus.
