Het appartement ligt op ca. 700-1000m lopen van het centrum van Rovinj, is niet modern maar wel knus en heeft twee zeer ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden. De keuken heeft alles dat je nodig hebt om te koken en je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats. De keuken is echter ook meteen de huiskamer en niet zo ruim. Het grootste minpunt echter vonden we de gehorigheid van het appartement: je hoort regelmatig en behoorlijk hard het lopen, praten en schuiven met stoelen van andere bewoners van het gebouw (inclusief de verhuurders). En buiten was een hond continu aan het blaffen. Als je hier gevoelig voor bent: neem oordopjes mee of boek toch iets anders.
