In a quiet location, this wonderful holiday home with pool offers plenty of privacy for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The spacious holiday home offers its guests plenty of comfort and consists of four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area as well as direct access to the terrace and pool area. The terrace is covered and has an outdoor kitchen where you can also prepare delicious meals outdoors. On the upper floor there are two further terraces with views of the surrounding greenery. The first beaches can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Visit the enchanting town of Rovinj with its church of St Euphemia, but the small town of Bale also exudes a special charm and is well worth a visit. There is a large, salt-treated pool on the property where you can swim and relax.

Keurige ruime woning van prettige eigenaars

Een zeer nette, ruime woning met alle gemakken. Slaapkamers hebben eigen badkamers, alles is schoon en goed onderhouden. Ligging is lekker rustig en op prima afstand van de bezienswaardigheden in Istrië. Voor 2 families goed te doen. De eigenaars waren erg vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken voor vragen. Er staan fietsen om in een kwartiertje naar het strand te fietsen.De haard en BBQ werken goed. Bale en Rovinj liggen dichtbij voor boodschappen.
