Romantic Studio in Historic Estate with 60 hectare Private Park

Silene, a cosy nestle for a romantic getaway. This lovely studio apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a 17th century Farmhouse, makes a perfect accommodation for a couple looking for relaxation and charme. A former barn, Silene has been recently restored to suit modern taste, yet preserving the warm atmosphere of an old farmhouse, with its precious wooden furniture and the beam ceiling.

It is composed by two levels: a living area with kitchenette, dining table, sofa and bathroom, while on the mezzanine there is a double bed that can convert in two single beds.

Silene is provided with modern comforts such as wifi, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The view from its windows is peaceful: your gaze will rest on the quiet farmhouse courtyard, equipped with tables and chairs and blossoming with flowers and lemon trees.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the park with easy, relaxing walks, swim in the pool of the golf club, join our complimentary tour of the grottoes once a week, or play golf at discounted rates.
Meals are not included, as it's a self catering accommodation, but the bar /restaurant of the golf club serves excellent light lunches at a fixed price for our guests.

What you should know:
Swimming pool: our guests have free access to the golf club swimming pool, that they can reach by foot (15 min) or by car (4 min) through a private path in the park. 1 km far from the apartment.
Opening: beginning of June – mid September, 10.30am – 7pm. Closed on Tuesday. Bathing cap compulsory, No pets allowed.

WEDDINGS: the estate often hosts weddings and events over the weekend, that can last until 1am. They take place on the opposite side of the famhouse, for this reason our guests are normally not bothered.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
