A private beach is featured. Along with a restaurant, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is available daily. A terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly Modessa Island. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Roxas resort.
Modessa Island offers 11 accommodations with minibars and a ceiling fan. Rooms open to balconies. Bathrooms include a shower and complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping is offered on a daily basis and in-room massages can be requested. Rollaway/extra beds (surcharge) are also available.
Guests are served a free cooked-to-order breakfast daily from 6 AM to 9 AM.

The speedboat schedule is limited and leaves for the island at 11 AM and returns from the island at 1 PM.
